Can you still create during quarantine? (The answer is yes!)
Oftentimes when we are idle is when we are think the most. This entire time being stuck in the house has only forced me to appreciate more of what is around me and has given me a new perspective on taking advantage of my surroundings. My goals coming out of quarantine are to gain some new followers, post consistently, and build connections with people I have chemistry with. So this resulted in me contacting Eric to schedule a shoot with him. Eric is always down to create and he already had an idea in mind I could expand upon.
We ended up traveling to Chinatown in DC, a neighborhood with bright colors, different looking locations within a block of each other, and thanks to quarantine..little foot traffic. If this was a regular day, it would be packed with people.

For this shoot I brought along my main lenses of choice: the Fuji 23mm 1.4, Fuji 35mm 1.4, and I rarely use the Viltrox 85mm so I took it out for a more complex perspective.
You would call this type of shoot a TFP. TFP stands for trade for print. Its pretty much a way to collaborate with models, MUAs, stylist, etc. to get the vision everyone is going for in exchange for the work being used in their portfolio. So I reached out to Eric and BOOM here we have it!
